Full Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tally Data Entry Operator to join our team. The Tally Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining financial data in Tally software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Tally software.

Responsibilities Enter financial transactions, invoices, bills, receipts, and other relevant data into Tally software accurately and in a timely manner.Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries to ensure integrity of financial records.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers in Tally software. Organize and file financial documents and records for easy retrieval and reference.Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records in Tally software.Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial data.Communicate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders regarding data entry and related tasks.Collaborate with accounting and finance team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.RequirementsKnowledge and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related fields is preferred.Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role, with proficiency in Tally software.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
