Full Job Description

As the PR, Sustainability, and Client Engagement Manager, you will work directly with our clients, collaborating closely to understand their objectives, address their concerns, and promote their brand in a way that aligns with their sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Public Relations and Sustainability:
    • Strategic PR Campaigns: Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to enhance the brand image and reputation of our clients.
    • Sustainability Initiatives: Spearhead sustainability initiatives, ensuring our clients align with eco-friendly practices and community engagement.
    • Media Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive press coverage and partnerships.
    • Clear Sustainability Messaging: Craft clear and compelling sustainability narratives that resonate with our target audience and stakeholders.
    • Communication Planning: Support the development and execution of sustainability communication plans and initiatives.
    • Media Coverage Monitoring: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and influencers, pitching sustainability stories and securing coverage.
    • Trend Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and trends related to sustainability and provide regular updates to the team.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate engagement efforts with external stakeholders, including NGOs, industry organizations, and community groups.
    • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of sustainability events and initiatives.
    • Data Collection and Reporting: Assist in the collection and analysis of sustainability data, contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations.
    • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sustainability achievements and initiatives.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Comprehensive Strategy Development: Devise and implement a holistic social media strategy tailored to each platform, focusing on driving engagement, expanding brand awareness, and generating leads.
    • Engaging Content Creation: Generate, edit, and distribute captivating content daily, ranging from impactful text posts to eye-catching images and videos. Ensure content aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
    • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Utilize data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
  3. Client Service Management:
    • Proactive Communication: Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service through regular and clear communication. Address inquiries promptly and provide timely updates on project progress.
    • Needs Assessment and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to thoroughly understand client objectives and requirements. Translate client needs into effective marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Project Oversight: Take charge of managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Oversee all aspects of client campaigns to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  1. Media Management:
    • Strategic Planning and Negotiation: Direct the planning and execution of media strategies, optimizing budget allocation and negotiating rates and placements to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
    • Market and Audience Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities. Leverage insights to inform media strategy and provide valuable recommendations.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement comprehensive tracking systems to monitor media performance. Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for further optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Public Relations, Sustainability, Social Media Management, Client Service, and Media Management within a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable business practices and a passion for creating positive social and environmental impact.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
