Job Description:
Our client is a top 5 travel
agency in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and is looking for a passionate and
experienced Travel Consultant or Senior Travel Consultant to join
their team.
Responsibilities:
- Consult
with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights,
hotels, car rentals, and activities.
- Provide travel
advice and information to clients.
- Build and maintain
relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the
latest travel trends and developments.
- Post sales into
the mid-office system.
- Coordinate with
the accounts team to collect on outstanding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a
Travel Consultant or Senior Travel Consultant.
- Experience with GDS Amadeus and Galileo.
- Excellent
customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written
communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and meet
deadlines.
- Experience with corporate travel.
