Full Job Description

• Analysing data in the system.
  
• Conducting inventory checks at allstations.
  
• Aid in the monthly stock and consumptionreports.
  
• Assisting and compiling the departmentalbudget and forecast, together with the Warehouse manager.
  
• Reconciliation of fuel consumption.
  
• Supervise all store locations and storeprocedures.
  
• Creating maintenance items andmaintenance categories in the IBMS system.
  
• Update exchange-rate from Bank ofTanzania on monthly basis.
  
• Extra contact person between the StoresManager and Process Optimization Manager.
  
• F ollow up on tasks and projects withinthe stores department.
  
• Strategic advice on the stock plan overthe various locations in collaboration with the Warehouse manager and FinancialController.
  
• Suggest improvements on procedures and takepart in procedures related to stocks.
  
• Advising the Warehouse Manager andFinancial Controller on KPI's related to stock: stock turnover, minimum andmaximum stock levels.
  
• In collaboration with the Warehousemanagers to set up proper procedures related to stock and stock movements e.g.,chemical quantities and fertilizers.
  
• To identify points of improvement.
  
•   Managing working capital, efficientlyand effectively in collaboration with the financial controller and the processoptimization manager.
  
• C lose cooperation with the procurementand financial department and other relevant departments.
  

• Certified Accountant /CPA and Driving license.
  
• Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant working experience.
