Full Job Description

• Client interaction.
  
• Destination Knowledge (Basic knowledge of Zanzibar, Dubai, Northern Circuit, South Africa, Turkey and other common selling destinations).
  
• Itinerary Planning: Use our tools and your knowledge to make the best-suited itineraries to our client's preferences.
  
• Booking and Reservation: using our in-house software, and many other platforms we are subscribed to.
  
• Customer Service: providing round-the-clock customer care for our corporate and retail customers.
  
• Documentation and Coordination: administration of customer costing, invoicing, and follow-up.
  
• Achieving Sales Targets.
  
• Market Research.
  
• Problem Resolution.
  
• Feedback and Improvement.
  
• Multitasking and Organization.
  
• Adherence to Policies and Regulations.
  

• Good knowledge of the Galileo and Amadeus GDS booking systems and codes.
  
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (office 365 & Outlook).
  
• IATA certification.
• Familiar with IATA rules and regulations.
  
• 5 years of travel consulting experience.
  
• Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  
• Fluent in spoken Kiswahili and English.
  
• Excellent time management skills.
  
• Must be detail-oriented and able to problem-solve.
  
• Excellent communication and judgment skills.
  
• Knowledge of world geography and airports.
