Full Job Description

• Management andcoaching of the stores team.
  
• Conductingyearly development meetings.
  
• Leave planningof the team.
  
• Being part ofrecruitment procedures.
  
• 5-year budgetplanning.
  
• Inventorymanagement and set up a stock count plan.
  
• Make surerobust procedures related to stock are written down and implemented.  
  
• Owner of theprocedures at the Warehouse and for drafting internal control proceduresand     supporting a sound internalcontrol framework.
  
• Conductinginventory checks at all stations.
  
• Strategicoverview of the stores e.g., analyzing KPI’s related to stock: stock turnover,minimum and maximum stock levels to have better control of the investments incoordination with the stock accountant.
  
• Strategicsparring partner for the Managing Director(s) when it comes to stock levels,internal procedures and reporting.
  
• Responsiblefor writing the monthly stock and consumption reports.
  
•    Drawing robust(monthly) management information.
  
• Compiledocuments, invoices, LPO, Goods Received Note and Delivery Note and share withthe with the Process Optimization Manager for review.
  
• Monitoringcompliance with internal procedures and reporting about compliance tomanaging    director.
  
• Re-orderconsumables.
  
• Add re-orderpoints and minimum stock in the system.
  
• Organizedisposable procedure of assets, materials and left over materials fromprojects. Form     committee for tenderand/or disposable of materials.
  
• Creating items,add images, bin locations, ledgers, minimum stock and re-order points to itemsin the system.
  
• Checkmaterials on FIFO/LIFO/FEFO.
  
• Analyzingconsumptions.
  
• Monitor fuelconsumptions monthly.
  
• Arrange andcheck store transfers between locations and approve gate passes.
  
• Arrange andcheck store transfer shortage and excess.
  
• Schedule Fusotruck transport on a weekly basis (coordination).
  
• Supervisedisposable procedure of materials.
  
• Writing thestores policy and keeping it up to date.
  
• Compliance tohealth & safety standards and regulations.
  
  

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Registered byProcurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) and Drivinglicense.
  
• Broad working experience as a Warehouse Manager orother relevant working experience with at least 5 years’ experience.
  
• Relevantworking experience, preferably in an international environment.
  
• Affinity withstock software, i.e., Open ERP, IBMS, Odoo etc.
  
• Honest,trustworthy with high business ethics
  
• Effectivecommunication skills.

• Salary Scale:  Staff salary rank according to Rijk Zwaan Scheme of Services.
  
• Tenure: Local permanent contract.
